Paction is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to work across the entire development lifecycle, from concept, testing to deployment and maintenance. This role will collaborate with a small team of engineers in the creation of Paction's custom web application. A focus on user interface and understanding the customer experience are essential.
The Role
- Develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end applications
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code, following best practices
- Collaborate with the product manager to create and implement new features and flows
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of Paction's custom web application
Experience
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database management (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with developing mobile-friendly features
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The Role
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, optimize website performance, and improve keyword rankings
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, creating and curating engaging content to increase brand loyalty and user engagement
- Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of SEO and social media campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and seamless integration across all marketing channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategies current and competitive
Experience
- Proven experience (preferably 5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong emphasis on SEO and social media
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media management platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and content optimization techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging social media content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adapt strategies accordingly
