We came to Brenda looking for a goldendoodle whose breeder truly cared about genetic health and early temperament shaping. We hoped for a small-to-medium-sized pup (around 35 lbs) who would be calm, cuddly, and easygoing, and that’s exactly who we got in Ukee! Brenda was honest from the start that calm is a learned temperament, and it’s clear how much time and intention she puts into helping her puppies get there. She shared daily live videos with us and the other litter families up until pickup, which made us feel incredibly connected and let us witness firsthand the incredible work she does—ENS training, temperament assessments, thoughtful matching of puppy to "pawrent," and rigorous genetic testing (which was especially important to us). These are deeply loved and professionally raised puppies. Brenda is also beyond generous with her time and wisdom. We’ve been able to reach out with questions any time, and she’s always there to help. There’s this stereotype out there that doodles are “crazy, hyper mutts,” but because of Brenda’s work, her care with genetics, her focus on early shaping, and her true gift for matching the right dog with the right home, we have the kind of doodle that even our dog trainers can’t believe. Multiple trainers at our puppy classes have asked where we got him, saying, “He’s not like any doodle I’ve ever met.
