Bad experience, unfortunately - please read our review

Initial contact was quick and informative, this all stopped after they received our first payment. We could not get a hold of them; it took days and even weeks for her to respond to us at times. When we arrived to pick up the pup, she was not there and we only met her husband. He told us he had just given our puppy a bath and did not want him to get dirty by running on the wet grass so he let him run on their stone, unpaved driveway. Our puppy had cut open his paws and torn one of his nails. I would have much rather the puppy be a bit dirty than bleeding. Also, it was very difficult to find out any information about the parents. Thankfully, our puppy is healthy and happy, but regardless of this I would never use them again as they are extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable.

It's been a month, and our puppy is thriving. The training from the breeder was evident as soon as we brought her home.
